Sciaganie Filmow Free

Rigatoni di besciamella e prosciutto cotto in gratin...


Basics Difficulty: Easy
Cooking time: 35 minutes
Dose: for 6 people (100 gr. head around)


Ingredients 20 gr.
butter 100 gr.
ham into small cubes 600 gr. rigatoni or short sleeves
80 gr. parmesan
cheese 20 gr. pecorino (optional)
olive oil salt

pepper sauce


procedure
Melt the white sauce in a saucepan with olive oil, until liquid will become better at this point add salt, pepper and Parmesan and pecorino. As you do this, prepare a pot of salted water in which you are going to boil the rigatoni.


Once cooked rigatoni, drain and put them back into the pot and pour the sauce prepared separately

now also add the diced ham and stir well



Butter a baking dish for oven and pour the mixture, sprinkle the surface above the other with parmesan almost forming a sort of crust, add some butter also always sperficie


Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes until they become beautiful crisp, remove from oven, let stand 5 minutes and serve:)
