Ingredients 260 gr.
flour 6 eggs 200 ml.
olive oil 240 ml.
milk a pinch of salt and half a sachet llievito for savory oregano
200 gr. pitted black olives
a pinch of baking soda to help it to rise
procedure
In a bowl place the flour mixed with yeast, then add together the eggs, oil, milk, salt and 'oregano and mix well together, add pinch of baking soda now that will make your muffins more Cicciotti:)
Now add the chopped olives
Now butter and flour the muffin molds, disposable and pour the mixture
Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes to cook ... always check with a toothpick in it, if it is still soft inside to take a few minutes in the oven.
